WHAT'S COMING UP
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be putting together about 20 training videos at the building on September 19 from 9:00 AM until about 4:30 PM and need of about 35 people to act as the audience in church and around the building. All ages are welcome and needed, preferably older children, teens, and adults. Breakfast (donuts, sausage biscuits) and lunch (probably pizza) provided.

Last week, our DR Team traveled to Uvalde, where we helped three families rebuild after a devastating "500-year flood". With nearly 30 inches of rain in just two days, many homes had three feet of muddy water inside. Our team primarily installed sheetrock and plywood.

And thank you, Legacy! Our congregation has donated $10,000 to DRT– Ohio for three loads of drywall, plus $1,014 for plywood and $344 for two window A/C units.
August 30 is the last day to contribute to this effort.
Our small, aging DR Team needs more volunteers. Sadly, more than 40 homes were left untouched. If you would like to help, please contact David Read.
